Michigan Coach Thinks 4-Star OL Zak Zinter Is A ‘Perfect Fit For Michigan’

While four-star offensive lineman Zak Zinter is not quite ready to commit, he did have some insight into how Harbaugh has been recruiting him.Speaking to WolverinesWire this week, Zinter revealed that Harbaugh has spoken glowingly about him in an effort to get his signature. Zinter stayed that Harbaugh badly wants him to commit, and said that offensive coach Ed Warinner even called him “a perfect fit for Michigan.”“(Harbaugh) would love for me to commit,” Zinter told WolverinesWire.[…]“He thinks I can impact the team, and he thinks I’m a perfect fit for Michigan,” Zinter said of his conversation with Warinner. “He really likes that I’ve played center, tackle and guard so I can be versatile on the line for them.”247Sports rates Zinter as the No. 225 overall prospect in the country. He is considered the No. 23 offensive tackle in the country, and the No. 3 prospect from the state of Massachusetts.Zinter has many suitors from across the country, as well as Michigan’s two biggest rivals, Ohio State and Notre Dame.Per WolverinesWire, Zinter just finished his visit to Michigan and is set to visit Notre Dame in the summer.Harbaugh has had success recruiting in Massachusetts in the past.
